My goal is simple: losing 50 lbs to get 110 lbs. Now, it's time for grocery shopping!
I must confess that I am a huge fan of Alton Brown's show, good eat. Now, he lost 50 lbs with his simple principle diet. So, here comes my commitment. I determine to follow his rules from May 31, 2010 in order to lose 50lbs and feel confident with my body. You can see my own principles for the coming exciting and potentially painful journey below. Goal Weight: 110 lbs 1. Follow Alton Brown's Diet Principle 2. Do Exercise minimum 30 minute a day 3. Keep daily journal - be honest!
